I greatly advocate for Scrum, Agility, and creating and making change. I love mentoring and coaching people to be the best version of themselves. I believe everyone is perfect as they are, they just need a little improvement each moment.
I am deeply curious about people and systems and people organising in systems. It’s a fascinating, complex structure that cannot be solved but knowing which and when to create influence to drive change. No perfect or right answer, it is whatever is most important in the moment.
Born in the Philippines with a Chinese heritage. Living in Japan.
I am extremely passionate about food. I would eat anywhere from a 3-star Michelin restaurant to an outdoor street market. Food is one of the main points of focus when I travel. Meeting people and seeing other cultures is another.
In 2013, The waves called me to Baler, Philippines and I started to seriously learn how to surf 3 years ago. I moved near the coast during the pandemic and the ocean is now 4 minutes away by foot. I am still learning and progressing, slowly. I ride a longboard and have been progressing with cross-stepping to get a nose ride.
I like languages. Japanese is the current challenge. I am learning every day and making mistakes every day.
